摘要
Taking into consideration the utmost importance of tax certainty increating a tax environment in favor of sustainable development and inclusive growthof Gabon, the author outlines several measures taken by the Gabonese governmentto improve tax certainty of the country. Efforts have been made in a number of as-pects, such as at the level of the General Tax Code, in the Special Investment Zones,at the conventional level, at the bilateral level and at the community level, whichhave led to significant progresses.
