摘要
随着数字技术的快速发展,数字赋能农村体育公共服务已成为推动农村体育公共服务高质量供给的重要手段。文章分析了数字赋能农村体育公共服务内涵、数字赋能对农村体育公共服务的促进作用以及数字赋能农村体育公共服务高质量供给的动力机制。同时,提出了数字赋能助推农村公共服务高质量发展的现实路径,包括树立以人民为中心的农村体育公共服务数字化供给理念、营造以多元共治为核心的数字农村体育公共服务生态共同体、打造以农村居民参与为重心的数字农村体育公共服务包容体以及形成以开放共享为准心的数字农村体育公共服务监管体系。
With the rapid development of digital technology,digital empowerment of rural sports public services has become an important means to promote the high-quality supply of rural sports public services.This paper analyzes the connotation,value,promoting role of digital empowerment on rural sports public services as well as the driving mechanism for the high-quality supply of rural sports public services through digital empowerment.At the same time,it proposes a practical path for digital empowerment to promote the high-quality development of rural public services,including establishing a digitized supply concept of rural sports public services with people-centered,creating a digital rural sports public service ecological community with diversified governance centered,building an inclusive digital rural sports public service with farmer participation centered,and forming a regulatory system for digital rural sports public services with openness and sharing focused.
