摘要
基于2012-2021年河南省十八地市面板数据,采用耦合协调度模型及空间自相关模型,对河南区域内人才资源与区域创新发展的耦合协调度时空分异特征进行研究并分析了其内在驱动因素。结果表明:截至2021年,河南省人才资源与区域创新耦合协调度仍处于勉强耦合协调阶段,二者高质量良性互动与协调发展尚未得到充分实现;从空间上来看,河南省耦合协调度总体上呈“中部高,东南低”的空间格局,空间分异特征突出,耦合协调度发展水平稳居前列的郑州、洛阳、新乡呈现H-H集聚分布,形成强强联合格局,各地区之间具有较强的联动性;区域医疗发展水平及外资利用水平对两大系统间的耦合协调关系影响最大。
Based on the panel data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2012 to 2021,this paper uses the coupling coordination degree model and the spatial autocorrelation model to study the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of talent resources and regional innovation development in Henan region,and analyzes its internal driving factors.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of talent resources and regional innovation in Henan Province is still in the stage of barely coupling coordination by 2021,and the high-quality benign interaction and coordinated development between the two have not been fully realized.From the perspective of space,the overall coupling coordination degree in Henan Province shows the spatial pattern characteristics of“high in the middle and low in the southeast”,with prominent spatial differentiation characteristics.Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Xinxiang,which maintain a leading position in the development level of coupling coordination degree,exhibit an H-H agglomeration distribution and form a strong alliance pattern with strong linkage between regions.It is found that the level of regional medical development and foreign capital utilization have the greatest impact on the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems.
