摘要
基于前期应用质量差法对成鞋吸湿性和透湿性的实验研究,设计了成鞋吸湿、透湿性测试仪的硬件系统。该系统包括湿气发生装置、称重装置、密封装置、传感器和数据采集单元等构件。湿气发生装置用于模拟人脚出汗环境,称重装置能精确测量成鞋在吸湿和透湿过程中的质量变化,密封装置确保测试环境的密闭性,而传感器和数据采集单元则实时监测并记录测试数据。可为成鞋吸湿性和透湿性的准确测试提供有力支持。
Based on the previous research on the water-vapor absorption and water-vapor permeability of finished shoes by the weight difference method,we have designed the hardware system of the water-vapor absorption and water-vapor permeability tester to meet the accurate testing requirements for finished shoe performance.This system includes key components such as a moisture device,weighing device,sealing device,sensors,and data acquisition unit.The moisture device is used to simulate the sweating environment of the human feet,and the weighing device accurately measures the weight changes of the shoe during the process of the water-vapor absorption and water-vapor permeability.The sealing device ensures the airtightness of the testing environment,while the sensors and data acquisition unit monitor and record the test data in real-time.This study can provide strong support for accurate testing of water-vapor absorption and water-vapor permeability of finished shoes.
