摘要
随着我国化工行业的不断发展,阴极板的使用率也越来越高,然而阴极板在生产过程中会由于各种原因的存在导致其损坏数量呈现出不断上升的趋势,比如江铜贵溪冶炼厂电解二系列生产高纯阴极铜采用的是ISA法生产阴极铜,ISA法工艺使用的阴极是不锈钢阴极板。不锈钢阴极板的采购成本较高,同时ISA法生产工艺所使用的阴极板因各种原因造成损坏数量日趋增加。为进一步减少阴极板的损坏,本文通过对阴极板损坏原因进行分析,从而提出优化解决方案,降低阴极板损坏数量。
With the continuous development of China's chemical industry,the utilization rate of cathode plates is also increasing.However,the number of damaged cathode plates in the production process will continue to rise due to various reasons.For example,the electrolytic second series production of high-purity cathode copper in Jiangxi Copper Guixi Smelter adopts the ISA method to produce cathode copper,and the cathode used in the ISA process is stainless steel cathode plate.The procurement cost of stainless steel cathode plates is relatively high,and the number of damaged cathode plates used in the ISA production process is increasing due to various reasons.To further reduce the damage to the cathode plate,this article analyzes the causes of cathode plate damage and proposes optimization solutions to reduce the number of cathode plate damages.
