摘要
为了解决西曲矿南五盘区9号煤层受上覆8号煤层采空区积水影响造成采掘衔接紧张的难题,针对南五盘区8号煤层采空区连通性好、积水量大、煤层倾角变化大、顶板相变等地质、水文地质条件,在南五盘区9号煤集中运料巷内,利用定向钻机远距离疏放8号煤层采空区积水。通过保直钻进、轨迹控制等技术手段,确保疏放水孔施工至采空区最低点。本次疏放水孔施工共疏放采空区积水约13×10^(4)m^(3),实际应用效果良好,解决了南五盘区9号煤层采掘期间近间距疏放水的难题,为南五9号煤层安全开采提供技术支持。
In order to solve the problem of tight connection affected by the water accumulation in the overlying No.8 coal seam of No.9 coal seam in No.5 south plate area of Xiqu Colliery,the author proposes the application of a remote directional drlling machine for dredging goaf seeper in the No.8 coal seam in the air pocket in the No.9 coal centralized supply gateway in view of the geological and hydrological geological conditions such as good connectivity of the goaf,large amount of water accumulation,large change of inclination angle of the coal seam,and phase change of the roof slab,in which the water dredging holes are constructed to the lowest point of the mining area through straight drilling,trajectory control and other technical means,releasing about 130,000 m of water from the mining area with good practical application effect,solving the problem of close-space water release during the mining of No.9 coal seam and providing a technical support for the safety mining.
