摘要
目的:探究精细化护理在老年重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月江苏省无锡市人民医院急诊重症监护室收治的70例老年重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取精细化护理。比较两组护理满意度、肺功能指标、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。护理前,两组呼吸频率、氧合指数、浅快呼吸指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组呼吸频率、浅快呼吸指数降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组氧合指数均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率比对照组低(P<0.001)。结论:精细化护理在老年重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者中的应用效果较好,能够改善患者肺功能,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of refined nursing in elderly patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia who were admitted to Emergency Intensive Care Unit of Wuxi People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received refined nursing.Nursing satisfaction,pulmonary function indexes,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in respiratory frequency,oxygenation index and rapid shallow breathing index between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the respiratory frequency and rapid shallow breathing index in the two groups decreased,and these indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The oxygenation index in the two groups increased,and this index in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of refined nursing in elderly patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia is good,which can alleviate patients'pulmonary function,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
