摘要
文章基于使用者视角,选取青岛市两大地标商业区——卓越CBD商圈和乐客城商圈,通过实地调研、行为观测和文献阅读等研究方法,在时间和空间上探讨两个商圈活力的分布特点,发现现存问题的共性和特性,总结使用者行为形成的原因,根据现实问题从使用者需求的角度总结可行性策略,并以卓越CBD商圈和乐客城商圈为例进行优化设计,进而提高城市商业地标活力,为现有商圈更新和未来商圈的合理规划和建设提供参考。
Based on the users'perspective,the study selects two landmark commercial districts in Qingdao,namely,the CBD Business District and the ROCK CITY Business District,and explores the distribution characteristics of the vitality of the two business districts in time and space through field research,behavioral observation,and reading of literature,to find out the commonality and characteristics of the existing problems and to summarize the reasons for the formation of the users'behaviors.In order to improve the vitality of the city's commercial landmarks,we summarize the feasible strategies from the perspective of users'needs according to the real problems,and optimize the design of the CBD and ROCK CITY Business District as an example,so as to provide references for the renewal of the existing shopping districts and the rational planning and construction of the future shopping districts.
