摘要
新质生产力是中国式现代化的重要推动力,是重塑中国国际合作与竞争新优势、推动经济高质量发展的必由之路。从理论逻辑来看,数字经济赋能新质生产力发展主要体现在数据要素、数字技术、数字基础设施、数字治理等方面,两者的耦合互动关系促使传统生产力实现质态跃迁,有效缓解了中国式现代化进程中存在的创新能力不强、开放不充分等问题。本文通过阐述新质生产力的历史渊源与时代特征,分析数字经济驱动新质生产力发展的理论逻辑,从强化顶层设计,营造良好环境;促进技术创新,激活发展动力;弥合数字鸿沟,强化协调发展;培育数字人才,提供智力支撑等层面提出数字经济赋能新质生产力发展的实现路径,以供参考。
The development of new quality productive forces is the main driving force of Chines modernization and the inevitable path to reshape China’s new advantages in international cooperation and competition and promote high-quality economic development.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the digital economy empowers the development of new quality productive forces mainly through data elements,digital technologies,digital infrastructure,and digital governance.The coupling and interactive relationship between them promotes the qualitative leap of traditional productive forces and effectively alleviates issues such as insuffi cient innovation capability and openness in the process of Chinese modernization.By elucidating the historical origins and contemporary characteristics of new quality productive forces and analyzing the theoretical logic of the digital economy driving their development,this paper proposes practical paths for the digital economy to empower the development of new quality productive forces from aspects such as strengthening top-level design and creating a favorable environment;promoting technological innovation and activating development momentum;bridging the digital divide and enhancing coordinated development;and cultivating digital talents to provide intellectual support.
