摘要
营造良好的创新生态,是提升国家自主创新示范区创新能力的重要路径。以我国23个国家自主创新示范区为研究对象,基于组态思维,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法探讨了影响区域创新能力的多元要素和要素之间的组合互动关系。研究发现:(1)单一要素不能有效驱动创新能力提升,只有通过多要素的协同互动,才会实现高创新能力的目标;(2)高创新能力的形成路径有四条,分别为产学研三元驱动的合作创新、政府主导下主体合作创新、良好制度环境下依托资金支持的技术主体创新和高人力资本驱动的学研主体创新;(3)在两条非高创新能力的驱动路径中均缺乏技术创新主体和市场环境两个要素。研究结论对揭示区域创新能力的提升路径具有一定的借鉴意义。
To create a good innovation ecology is an important way to improve the innovation capability of national independent innovation demonstration zones.Taking 23 national independent innovation demonstration zones in China as the research object,and based on the configuration thinking,this paper uses the method of qualitative comparative analysis based on the fuzzy sets(fsQCA)to explore the multiple factors that influence the regional innovation ability and the combination interaction among the factors.The result of this research shows that:(1)a single factor cannot effectively drive the improvement of innovation ability,and only through the collaborative interaction of multiple factors can the goal of high innovation ability be achieved;(2)There are four paths for the formation of high innovation capability,namely,the cooperative innovation driven by the three elements:production,university and research,cooperative innovation led by the government,technological innovation supported by the capital under a good institutional environment,and academic innovation driven by high human capital;(3)In the two driving paths of non-high innovation capability,both technological innovation entities and market environment are lacked.The research conclusion has certain reference significance in revealing how the regional innovation ability is improved.
