运动捕捉技术在传统正骨手法应用中的研究进展

摘要 传统正骨手法是临床常用且疗效显著的治疗方式,然而其操作虽已规范,却缺乏客观技术指标用于参考评估。随着运动捕捉技术的发展及应用,该技术逐渐被应用于手法研究。运动捕捉技术主要有机电式、电磁式、光学式三类,其中三维动态捕捉是光学式的进一步发展。本文通过梳理运动捕捉技术在颈椎旋扳手法、颈椎旋提手法、颈椎端提手法、坐位腰椎旋转手法及其他相关手法中的应用,发现多为运动捕捉技术获取和分析传统正骨手法具体的运动学和动力学参数的量化研究,通过直观化手法操作特征,优化传统正骨手法,但研究存在样本量少、缺乏对比组等局限,未来应重点关注手法安全性,扩大样本规模、增加对比组、开展更多临床试验以完善研究,以期推动传统正骨手法在临床中的传承与发展。 Traditional osteopathic manipulation is a commonly used and effective treatment modality,however,although its operation has been standardized,there is a lack of objective technical indicators for reference assessment.With the development and application of motion capture technology,this technology has been gradually applied to the study of manipulation.There are three main types of motion capture technology:electromechanical,electromagnetic,and optical,of which three-dimensional dynamic capture is a further development of the optical type.In this paper,through combing the applications of motion capture technology in cervical rotation manipulation,cervical rotation and lifting manipulation,cervical end lifting manipulation,seated lumbar rotation manipulation and other related manipulations,we found that most of them are quantitative studies on obtaining and analyzing specific kinematics and dynamics parameters of traditional orthopedic manipulation with the help of motion capture technology,so as to optimize traditional orthopedic manipulation by visualizing the characteristics of the manipulation,but the studies have limitations such as small sample sizes and the lack of a comparison group.However,the study has limitations such as small sample size and lack of comparison groups.In the future,we should focus on the safety of the techniques,expand the sample size,increase the number of comparison groups,and carry out more clinical trials in order to improve the study,with a view to promoting the inheritance and development of the traditional orthopedic manipulative techniques in clinical practice.
