摘要
随着高校教育事业的蓬勃发展,二级学院图书资料室作为提升科研水平与教学质量的重要支撑,其建设与管理显得越发重要。然而,目前许多高校二级学院图书资料室在建设与管理方面面临诸多挑战,这些挑战不仅制约了学生的学习深造,也影响了院系教师科研队伍的发展。鉴于此,该文深入剖析了院系图书资料室的主要特点以及当前建设与管理中存在的困难。在此基础上,提出了一系列有针对性的建议和措施,旨在推动高校二级学院图书资料室建设与管理工作的规范化、科学化发展,从而使其更好地服务教学和科研工作。
With the vigorous development of higher education,the construction and management of reference room of secondary colleges,as an important support for improving scientific research and teaching quality,are becoming increasingly important.However,the construction and management of reference room of secondary colleges in higher education institutions is currently facing various challenges,which not only restrict students’further study,but also affect the development of the scientific research team of faculty and staff.In view of this,this paper deeply analyzes the main characteristics of the reference room of departments and secondary colleges,and the difficulties in their current construction and management.On this basis,a series of targeted suggestions and measures are proposed to promote the standardized and scientific development of the construction and management of reference room of secondary colleges in higher education institutions,so as to better serve teaching and scientific research.
