摘要
大国工匠是不同于普通工匠人才的国家重要战略人才。厘清其内涵流变、核心特质、时代价值是对大国工匠开展研究的逻辑起点,对培育造就更多大国工匠、弘扬工匠精神、发挥示范引领作用具有重要作用。本文从社会语境、政策语境、理论语境三个方面梳理了大国工匠的内涵流变,从技术和精神层面凝练出其核心特质,深入挖掘了其在构建国家话语体系、丰富民族精神、振兴实体经济、促进新质生产力发展、培育高技能工匠人才等方面的时代价值,试图为大国工匠的深化研究和培育提供基础参考。
The craftsman of the great country is an important national strategic talent that is different from the ordinary craftsman talent.Clarifying its connotation,core characteristics,and value of the times is the logical starting point for the study of craftsmen in great powers and plays an important role in cultivating more craftsmen in great powers,promoting the spirit of craftsmen,and playing a leading role in demonstration.This paper sorts out the connotation and changes of craftsmen in great powers from three aspects:social context,policy context and theoretical context,condenses their core characteristics from the technical and spiritual levels,and deeply excavates their value in the construction of national discourse system,enrichment of national spirit,revitalization of the real economy,promotion of the de⁃velopment of new quality productive forces,and cultivation of high-skilled craftsmen,in an attempt to provide a basic reference for the in-depth research and cultivation of craftsmen in great powers.
