摘要
文章探讨了高速公路连续长大下坡路段由于纵断面设计不合理导致的问题,车辆制动、驾驶不规范、天气因素及设计不合理情况均会引发安全隐患。在进一步总结分析具体优化措施的基础上,讨论了优化纵断面设计、合理控制下坡路段坡度及设置避险车道等措施,以保障车辆安全行驶。结合试验分析可知,不同线形组合下,车辆的制动装置温升变化较大且制动鼓温升与纵坡坡度、坡长呈现强关联性;当下坡距离小于20 km时,优先选用陡坡+缓坡+陡坡连续下坡的线形组合,当下坡距离大于20 km时,优先选用陡坡+缓坡的线形组合。
This paper discusses the problems caused by the unreasonable design of the longitudinal section of the continuous long and large downhill section of the expressway.The vehicle braking,nonstandard driving,weather factors and unreasonable design will lead to safety hazards.On the basis of further summarizing and analyzing the specific optimization measures,this paper discusses the measures of optimizing longitudinal section design,reasonably controlling downhill section gradient,and setting up escape lane to ensure the safe driving of the vehicles.Combined with the test analysis,it can be seen that under different linear combinations,the temperature rise of the vehicle's braking device changes greatly,and the temperature rise of the brake drum has a strong correlation with the longitudinal slope gradient and length;when the downhill distance is less than 20 km,the linear combination of steep slope+gentle slope+steep slope continuous downhill is preferred,and when the downhill distance is greater than 20 km,the linear combination of steep slope+gentle slope is preferred.
