摘要
当今社会,老龄化问题日益凸显,成为全球共同面临的挑战。而康养小镇的出现,为应对老龄化问题带来了新的机遇。本文采用文献资料法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对体养融合背景下的山西省太原市榆次区乌金山小镇小西沟进行研究,解析小西沟的现实困境,并提出发展路径。研究发现:小西沟的老年体育与康养旅游的融合缺乏法律保障和政策支持;小西沟的老年体育与康养旅游相融合的产品开发不到位;小西沟缺少将老年体育与康养旅游相融合的专业团队;小西沟的老年体育与康养旅游的融合参与人数少。据此,提出相应的发展路径:建立健全小西沟老年体育与康养旅游融合的法律保障和政策支持;积极开发小西沟的老年体育与康养旅游相融合的产品;加强小西沟的老年体育与康养旅游相融合的人才队伍的建设;针对小西沟老年体育与康养旅游的融合进行营销与推广。
In contemporary society,the issue of an aging population has become increasingly prominent and constitutes a common challenge globally.The emergence of health and wellness towns has presented new opportunities in addressing the problem of an aging society.This paper adopts literature research method,field investigation,and logical analysis to conduct research on Xiaoxigou in Wujin Mountain Town,Yuci District,Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province,within the context of sports-wellness fusion.It analyzes the practical predicaments of Xiaoxigou and proposes development paths.The findings reveal that the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism in Xiaoxigou lacks legal safeguards and policy support;the product development for the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism in Xiaoxigou is inadequate;Xiaoxigou lacks a professional team for the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism;and the number of participants in the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism in Xiaoxigou is limited.Based on these findings,corresponding development paths are proposed:establish and improve the legal safeguards and policy support for the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism in Xiaoxigou;actively develop products for the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism in Xiaoxigou;strengthen the construction of a talent team for the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism in Xiaoxigou;and conduct marketing and promotion for the integration of elderly sports and health and wellness tourism in Xiaoxigou.
