摘要
随着我国工业化步伐的加快,经济和工业发展水平都有了显著的提升。机械装备在各行各业的广泛运用对机电技术的进步提出了更高要求,使得机电一体化技术成为机械制造行业研究的焦点。技术进步与质量控制息息相关。因此,在机械装备的设计与制造过程中,应充分利用电子、信息技术(IT)和机电等跨领域技术的融合,以优化机电一体化的实施效率,从而最大限度地发挥其在机械加工制造中确保产品质量的积极作用。基于此,文章对数控技术在机械制造中的应用进行分析和探讨。
With the acceleration of industrialization in China,the level of economic and industrial development has significantly improved.The widespread use of mechanical equipment in various industries has put forward higher requirements for the progress of electromechanical technology,making electromechanical integration technology a focus of research in the mechanical manufacturing industry.Technological progress is closely related to quality control.Therefore,in the design and manufacturing process of mechanical equipment,the integration of cross domain technologies such as electronics,information technology(IT),and mechatronics should be fully utilized to optimize the implementation efficiency of mechatronics integration and maximize its positive role in ensuring product quality in mechanical processing and manufacturing.Based on this,the article analyzes and explores the application of CNC technology in mechanical manufacturing.
