摘要 设计了一种采用触摸屏控制的低成本小型旋转机械臂,其末端执行机构采用真空吸盘,实现对物品进行搬运或装配。首先对机械臂的机械结构进行了详细的介绍,并用有限元软件对结构强度进行了简要的分析与计算;其次,介绍了电气控制的基本原理与思路,搭建了硬件电路结构;最后,利用Arduino IDE软件,编写了控制软件程序。该机械臂采用非标自动化的设计理念,使用了成本较低的Arduino UNO控制器,具有运行速度快捷、精度高、造价低等特点。 A small low cost rotary mechanical arm with a touch screen control was designed,whose end effector uses a vacuum suction cup to realize the transportation or assembly of items.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the mechanical arm was introduced in detail,and the structural strength was briefly analyzed and calculated using finite element software.Secondly,the basic principles and ideas of electrical control were introduced,and the hardware circuit structure was built.Finally,the control software program was written using the Arduino IDE software.This mechanical arm adopts the design concept of non-standard automation and uses the Arduino UNO controller,which has the characteristics of fast operation speed,high precision,and low cost.
