摘要
钆塞酸二钠(gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid,Gd‑EOB‑DTPA)作为肝胆特异性对比剂,在肝脏局灶性病变的磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查中扮演着日益重要的角色。本研究综述了Gd‑EOB‑DTPA增强MRI技术在早期发现、精确诊断结直肠癌肝转移瘤(colorectal liver metastases,CRLM)以及评估治疗反应方面的应用现状和最新进展。Gd‑EOB‑DTPA的引入显著提高了对CRLM的检测敏感性,尤其是在直径≤1 cm的小病变中。此外,基于Gd‑EOB‑DTPA增强MRI的影像组学为CRLM的评估提供了新的视角,通过定量分析影像特征,辅助临床决策。本文归纳总结了Gd‑EOB‑DTPA增强MRI在CRLM诊疗中的特异性影像表现及优势,为进一步优化患者管理和指导治疗策略提供了科学依据。
Gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid(Gd‑EOB‑DTPA),as a hepatobiliary specific contrast agent,plays an increasingly important role in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)of focal hepatic lesions.This study reviewed the application status and latest progress of Gd‑EOB‑DTPA enhanced MRI technology in early detection,accurate diagnosis and evaluation of response to treatment of colorectal liver metastases(CRLM).The introduction of Gd‑EOB‑DTPA significantly improved the detection sensitivity of CRLM,especially in small lesions with a diameter of less than 1 cm.In addition,radiomics based on Gd‑EOB‑DTPA enhanced MRI provides a new perspective for the evaluation of CRLM and assists clinical decision making through quantitative analysis of image features.This paper summarizes the specific image features and advantages of Gd‑EOB‑DTPA enhanced MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of CRLM,which provides a scientific basis for further optimizing patient management and guiding treatment strategies.
