摘要目的探讨基于磁性理念的护理管理模式在手术室管理及服务中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月于我院手术室工作的32名护理人员为研究对象,在2020年2月至2021年7月实施常规手术室管理模式(管理前),在2021年8月至2023年2月实施基于磁性理念的护理管理模式(管理后)。比较管理前、后护士的核心能力、工作积极性及手术医师对手术室护士的满意度与手术室护士对工作的满意度。结果管理后,护士的围术期护理、人际关系、领导能力、专业发展、教育和咨询、批判性思维与科研、法律伦理实践评分高于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后,护士的积极举动、工作配合度评分高于管理前,消极举动评分低于管理前(P<0.05)。管理后,手术医师对手术室护士的满意度及手术室护士对工作的满意度均高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论基于磁性理念的护理管理模式应用于手术室管理及服务中有助于提高护士各方面的能力及工作积极性,提升医师对护士的满意度及护士对工作的满意度,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of nursing management mode based on magnetic concept in operation room management and service.Methods A total of 32 nursing staff working in the operating room of our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The routine operating room management mode was implemented from February 2020 to July 2021(before management),and the nursing management mode based on magnetic concept was implemented from August 2021 to February 2023(after management).The core competence and work enthusiasm of nurses,the satisfaction of doctors to operating room nurses and the satisfaction of operating room nurses to work before and after management were compared.Results After management,the scores of perioperative nursing,interpersonal relationship,leadership ability,professional development,education and consultation,critical thinking and scientific research,legal and ethical practice of nurses were higher than those before management(P<0.05).After management,the scores of nurses'positive behaviors and work cooperation were higher than those before management,and the score of negative behaviors was lower than that before management(P<0.05).After management,the satisfaction of doctors to operating room nurses and the satisfaction of operating room nurses to work were higher than those before management(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management mode based on magnetic concept applied in operation room management and service is helpful to improve the ability and enthusiasm of nurses in all aspects,elevate the satisfaction of doctors to nurses and the satisfaction of nurses to work,which is worth promoting.
