基于LCA的再生粗骨料制备过程环境影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探究再生粗骨料制备过程的环境影响,采用生命周期评价(LCA)方法对再生粗骨料制备全过程进行评价,基于再生粗骨料和天然粗骨料制备体系,建立体系内各阶段的能源输入与污染物输出量,计算并对比再生粗骨料与天然粗骨料各阶段的环境影响,进而建立骨料运距与环境影响的关系,确定影响再生粗骨料环境影响的原材料运距临界值。研究表明:再生粗骨料制备过程产生的人体健康损害影响最大,运距为80 km的再生粗骨料和天然粗骨料制备过程人体健康损害影响分别占总环境影响的52.48%和47.46%;再生粗骨料制备过程中运输阶段产生的环境影响最大,运距为15 km和80 km的再生粗骨料运输阶段环境影响分别占总环境影响的67.65%和91.78%;当再生粗骨料原材料运距小于17.15 km或再生粗骨料和天然粗骨料原材料运距相同且小于34.18 km时,骨料制造商可以选择制备与天然粗骨料品质相近的再生粗骨料。 To explore the environmental impact of the preparation process of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA),life cycle assessment method was adopted to evaluate the whole process of RCA.Based on the preparation system of RCA and natural coarse aggregate(NCA),energy input and pollutant output in each stage of the system were established,and the environmental impact of RCA and NCA at each stage was calculated and compared.Furthermore,the relationship between aggregate transport distance and environmental impact is established,and determine the critical value of raw material transport distance affecting the environmental impact of RCA.The results showed that the human health damage caused by the preparation process of RCA was the largest.The human health damage caused by the preparation process of RCA and NCA with the transport distance of 80 km accounted for 52.48% and 47.46% of the total environmental impact respectively.During the preparation process of RCA,the environmental impact at the transport stage was the largest,the environmental impact at the transport stage of RCA at the transport distance of 15 km and 80 km accounted for 67.65% and 91.78% of the total environmental impact,respectively.When the raw material transport distance of RCA is less than 17.15 km or the raw material transport distance ofRCA and NCA is the same and less than 34.18 km,the aggregate manufacturer can choose to prepare RCA with similar quality to NCA.
