摘要 为了满足电动汽车对高能量和长寿命的需求,设计一个安全、可靠、耐用的电池系统是确保新能源电动汽车行业健康发展的必要条件。锂离子电池充放电引起的膨胀力不仅损害了电池系统的安全性,而且降低了电池寿命。此外,膨胀力会随着循环的增加而增加。在这项工作中,研究了充放电过程中电芯形貌的变化以及外力对电芯厚度和整包内应力的影响。试验结果表明,电芯在充放电过程中会发生不可逆的形貌变化,且膨胀程度随着充放电次数的增加而呈现非线性变化。此外,电芯所受外力的大小也会影响其厚度和形貌,从而进一步影响电芯间气凝胶的压缩率和整包的内应力。这些研究结果为优化电池设计和提高电池性能提供了重要参考。 In order to meet the high energy and long lifespan requirements of electric ve-hicles,designing a safe,reliable,and durable battery system is a necessary condition for ensuring the healthy development of the new energy electric vehicle industry.The expansion force caused by the charging and discharging of lithium-ion batteries not only damages the safety of the battery sys-tem,but also reduces the battery life.In addition,the expansion force will increase with the number of charging and discharging cycles.The changes in cell morphology during charging and discharging processes are studied,as well as the effects of external forces on cell thickness and internal stress throughout the battery package.The experimental results indicate that the dimension and morphology of the battery cell undergo irreversible changes during the charging and discharging process,and the degree of expansion exhibits nonlinear changes with the increase of charging and discharging cycles.In addition,the external force on the cell will also affect its thickness and size,thus further affecting the compression ratio of the aerogel between the cells and the internal stress of the whole package.These research results provide important references for optimizing battery design and improving bat-tery performance.
