摘要
为分析新建下穿运煤通道对既有高速公路桥墩基础的稳定性影响,以某燃料煤地下运输通道项目为例,采用力学解析法进行地基稳定性评价,并运用Midas GTS NX有限元建模软件验算。结果表明:1)按力学解析法评价的运煤通道下穿方案,既有高速公路桥墩地基基础为稳定状态;2)数值模拟显示的桥墩变形为0.171 mm,桥梁路面的综合位移为0.160 mm,小于设计及规范要求的5 mm限值;3)对比数值模拟结果和力学解析计算结果,影响范围在地表处符合规范建议的按破裂角45+φ/2划定的影响范围,但在开挖通道到地面范围内的开挖影响范围却超出了破裂角影响范围。本文成果可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to analyze the influence of the newly⁃built underpass on the stability of the bridge pier foundation of the existing expressway,taking an underground fuel coal transportation tunnel project as an example,the stability of the foundation is evaluated by the mechanical analytical method,midas GTS NX finite element modeling software is used to check the calculation.The results show that:1)according to the mechanical analysis method,the foundation of the existing expressway bridge pier is stable;2)the deformation of the bridge pier is 0.171 mm,and the comprehensive displacement of the bridge pavement is 0.160 mm,which is less than the limit value of 5 mm required by the design and code;3)compared with the numerical simulation results and the mechanical analysis results,the influence range conforms to the influence range of 45+φ/2 defined by the code on the ground surface,but the influence range of the excavation in the range from the excavation tunnel to the ground exceeds the influence range of the fracture angle.The results of this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
