摘要
心脏毒性是抗肿瘤药物最主要的不良反应之一,乳腺癌抗肿瘤药物中蒽环类、烷化剂类、抗代谢药物、紫杉烷类药物、分子靶向药物、芳香化酶抑制剂等均具有心脏毒性。中医药对乳腺癌抗肿瘤药物有增效减毒的作用。本文通过对引起心脏毒性的乳腺癌抗肿瘤药物的机制进行综述,总结分析近五年中医药降低乳腺癌抗肿瘤药物心脏毒性的最新临床和实验研究,为中医药降低乳腺癌抗肿瘤药物心脏毒性的机制阐述、新药开发以及临床治疗提供借鉴。
Cardiotoxicity is one of the most significant adverse effects of anti-cancer drugs.Among the drugs used for breast cancer treatment,anthracyclines,alkylating agents,antimetabolites,taxanes,molecular targeted drugs,and aromatase inhibitors all have cardiotoxic effects.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays a role in enhancing the efficacy and reducing the toxicity of breast cancer chemotherapy.This article reviews the mechanisms of cardiotoxicity caused by breast cancer anti-cancer drugs,summarizes and analyzes the latest clinical and experimental research over the past five years on TCM′s role in reducing cardiotoxicity of these drugs,thereby aiming to provide insights for elucidating the mechanisms by which TCM mitigates the cardiotoxicity of breast cancer anti-cancer drugs,as well as for the development of new drugs and clinical treatment strategies.
