摘要
枳实薤白桂枝汤为治疗胸痹之经典名方,收录于国家中医药管理局公布的第一批《古代经典名方目录》,临床用于治疗心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病等,对冠心病疗效尤为显著,是开发治疗心血管疾病创新药物的重要来源。但其有效成分不明、作用机制不清成为其现代研发的瓶颈。通过整合梳理近30年枳实薤白桂枝汤研究进展,全面分析其活性成分,系统总结其药理作用机制,以期为经典名方枳实薤白桂枝汤的临床应用和药物研发提供有益参考。
Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction,a classic formula for the treatment of chest impediment syndrome,is included in the first batch of the Catalogue of Ancient Classic Prescriptions published by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Clinically,it is widely used to treat cardiovascular,respiratory,and digestive system diseases,with particularly notable efficacy in managing coronary heart disease.It serves as an important source for developing innovative drugs for cardiovascular conditions.However,unclear active components and undefined mechanisms of action have posed significant challenges to its modern development.By reviewing and integrating research advancements on Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction over the past 30 years,this study comprehensively analyzes its active components and systematically summarizes its pharmacological mechanisms,aiming to provide valuable insights into the clinical applications and drug development potential of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction.
