摘要
医疗实践中患者知情同意权利的满足,虽然体现了对个人价值的尊重,但囿于人际传播和舆论构建的复杂性,同时存在着引发道德愤怒的危险。之所以知情同意效果产生了负面影响,关键在于主体上医者对知情同意多层次性的认知不足、客体上患者尊重性沟通的缺失以及行权过程中经济驱动的压力传导。道德愤怒虽然未必都是感性的破坏,却会对医疗环境和医患关系产生不小影响。共商共情理念可以为加强知情同意伦理认知,完善知情同意流程规范提供指导。
In medical practice,while the fulfillment of patients'informed consent rights reflects respect for individual values,it is often constrained by the complexity of interpersonal communication and public opinion dynamics,carrying the risk of triggering moral outrage.The root cause of the negative effects associated with informed consent lies in medical practitioners'insufficient understanding of its multi-dimensional nature,the lack of respectful communication with patients,and the economic pressures influencing the exercise of this right.Although moral outrage may not always result in irrational disruption,it can significantly impact the medical environment and doctor-patient relationships.The principles of shared decision-making and empathy offer valuable guidance for enhancing ethical awareness of informed consent and improving the standardization of its procedures.
