摘要
为提升钻孔爆破的智能化水平,降低人员工作强度,提高钻孔质量,矿山以现有的阿特拉斯科普柯D45露天潜孔钻机为目标进行改造,通过在钻机上安装高精度定位系统、倾角仪、深度检测传感器和车载智能终端等设备,建立精准数学模型,结合布孔设计软件、数字采矿软件,融合智能管控平台,实现露天矿钻机钻孔的自动化和无人化。
In order to improve the intelligent level of drilling and blasting,reduce personnel work intensity,and improve the quality of drilling,the mine has transformed the existing Atlas Copco D45 open-pit down-the-hole drilling rig.By installing high-precision positioning systems on the drilling rig,inclinometers,depth detection sensors,vehicle-mounted intelligent terminals and other equipment,an accurate mathematical model has been established,combined with hole layout design software,digital mining software,and integrated with intelligent management and control platforms,realizing the automation and unmanned drilling of open-pit mine drilling rigs.
