摘要
社会实践是高校德育工作的重要环节,是大学生健康成长、成才的重要载体,是培养合格人才的有效途径。当前,在社会实践工作方面仍存在着大学生对开展社会实践认知不足、社会实践的思想政治教育功能被忽视、教师参与指导社会实践的力度较低、社会实践的社会认同度欠佳、实践成果不突出、社会实践的开展缺乏持续性等问题。基于此,本文以“三全育人”理念为指导,基于全员育人视角,构建大学生社会实践全员参与的育人模式,提高参与积极性;基于全过程育人视角,建立社会实践全程化和常态化的开展模式,完善组织管理模式;基于全方位育人视角,构建多方面、多角度、多层次实践育人格局,有效提升社会实践的育人实效。
Social practice plays a crucial role in moral education within higher education,functioning as a vital avenue for students’personal growth,skill acquisition,and as a pathway to develop qualified profes-sionals.However,university students’social practices face several challenges:limited awareness among stu-dents of social practice’s value,an underutilized role in ideological and political education,low teacher engagement in guiding these activities,limited social recognition,insufficient impact of practice outcomes,and a lack of continuity in activities.Guided by the“Three-Complete Education”framework,this article pro-poses a comprehensive model for student engagement in social practices.From an all-staff education perspec-tive,it suggests strategies to increase student participation by involving all faculty members.From an all-process education perspective,it introduces a robust framework for implementing and managing social prac-tice activities.Lastly,from an all-around education perspective,it develops a multi-dimensional,layered structure for social practice,aiming to enhance its formative impact on students.
