摘要
经济安全是国家发展的重要基石、人民福祉的根本保障。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记发表一系列有关经济安全的重要论述,内涵丰富、特征鲜明,具有严密的理论逻辑、深厚的历史逻辑、深刻的实践逻辑。当前,我国发展进入战略机遇和风险挑战并存、不确定因素增多时期。要坚持以习近平经济思想为指导,深刻认识国内外形势变化,坚持党的领导、坚持底线思维、坚持稳中求进、坚持系统观念,牢牢把握国家经济安全的主动权,有效保障粮食安全、能源安全、产业链供应链安全、数据安全、金融安全,全面提升经济安全治理效能。
Economic security is an important cornerstone of national development and a fundamental guarantee for the well-being of the people.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary XI Jinping has published a series of important statements on economic security,which are rich in connotation and distinctive in characteristics,with strict theoretical logic,profound historical logic and profound practical logic.At present,China’s development has entered a period of coexistence of strategic opportunities,risks and challenges,and increasing uncertainties.We must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Economy,deeply understand the changes in the domestic and foreign situation,adhere to the leadership of the Party,adhere to the bottom line thinking,adhere to the stability of the progress,adhere to the system concept,firmly grasp the initiative of national economic security,effectively ensure food security,energy security,industrial chain and supply chain security,and data security,financial security,and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of economic security governance.
