摘要
以醋酸锌为原料 ,分别与草酸、酒石酸和乙二胺四乙酸进行固相反应制得前驱化合物 ,进而热分解得到纳米氧化锌粉末 ,产物用X射线粉末衍射和透射电镜进行了表征。研究表明 ,这三种方法均能制得纳米氧化锌产品 。
The precursors are synthesized by solid state reaction of zinc acetate with three different acids,respectively.The nanometer ZnO are obtained by decomposition of precursors and are characterized by XRD and TEM. The results showed that nanometer ZnO can be obtained by all the three methods,but different synthetic methods affect the size and color of nanometer ZnO particles.
