摘要
针对变结构过程的特点,提出一种预报偏差非线性加权协调预测控制算法和动态与稳态之间的协调优化策略。将该控制算法应用于原油蒸馏装置产品质量控制,较好地适应了变结构过程的特点和控制要求,是可行和有效的。
A strategy of predictive coordinated control based on nonlinear weighting of predicted deviation of CV (Controlled Variable) is proposed and a coordination optimization algorithm between dynamic control and steady state operation is given for VSP(Varied Structure Process) in this paper.The application on quality control of a crude oil unit shows that the proposed strategies are feasible and effective for VSP,and the better control performance was provided by them.
