摘要
以2,4-二氯苯腈和活性氟化钾为原料,用环丁砜作溶剂合成2,4-二氟苯腈。最佳工艺条件:n(2,4-二氯苯腈)∶n(氟化钾)=1∶2.5;环丁砜回流温度255～265℃;反应时间:5.5h。产品产率87％,纯度≥98％。
2,4 - Diflurobenzonitrile was prepared from 2,4 - Dichlorobenzonitrile and activated potassium fluorile in sulfolane solvent.The optimum operation conditions were:n(2,4 - Dichlorobenzonitrile):n(potassium fluorile) = 1:2.5;The reaction temperature was 255℃ - 265℃ and the reaction time was 5.5 h. The yield was 87% , and the purity was ≥98% (G.C).
