摘要 研究了H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/C催化剂对丙烯酸(AA)和季戊四醇(PE)酯化反应的催化活性。探讨了催化剂的载酸量、浓度及反应条件诸因素对产品产率的影响。结果表明:AA 0.8 mol、PE 0 25 mol催化剂用量是AA质量的1.8%,反应温度115~120℃和反应时间90min,产品产率达 89.3%,产品质量分数大于98%,催化剂可重复使用多次。 The catalytic activity of H3PW1O40/C in the esterification of acrylic acid (AA) with pentaerythritol (PE) was systematically studied. The effects of reaction conditions was investigated. At acrylic acid of 0.8mol, pentaerythritol of 0. 25mol,mass ratio of 1.8% of HaPW12O40/C to acrylic acid,reaction temperature of 115 - 120℃ reaction time of 90 min, the yield was 89.3% , and the purity of product was over 98% . The catalyst could be used repeatedly for many times.
