摘要
介绍了间歇化学反应器的主要特征及先进控制技术在间歇化学反应器控制中的应用与分类。间歇式化学反应器具有极大的灵活性和多功能性的特点。用于间歇式反应器中的先进控制技术主要分为3类,即自适应控制、模型预测和智能控制。这3类控制技术在生产中得到了应用,产生了明显的经济效益。对国内外先进控制技术之间存在的差距进行了简要的分析,认清间歇化学反应器控制所存在的不足,并进行了展望。
The main feature of batch chemical reactors and classification of the advanced cotrol techniques in batch chemical reactors were introduced in this article. Batch chemical reactor has most great convenience and multi -functionality. The advanced control techniques used in batch chemical reactors were divide into three class: Adaptive ControK Model Predictive Control and Intelligent Control. And these control techniques have been used in chemical process and had made the great progress and obvious economic benefits. The distinctions between Chinese and foreign on application of advanced control techniques in batch chemical reactors control were analyzed and present the expectation.
