摘要
选用大庆石蜡基深度脱蜡馏分油及一定比例的增粘、降凝剂为基础油,并添加适量的抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂等多种添加剂,所调制的拖拉机液压-传动两用油具有良好的粘温性、抗磨性、抗氧化性等综合性能,该油在黑龙江省农恳总局的使用试验结果表明可以有效地替代同类进口产品。
A new kind of hydraulic transmission fluid with better viscosity-temperature characteristics,anti-wear and anti-oxidation properties can be developed by taking the deeply dewaxing distillate oil from Daqing paraffin-base crude as base oil,and adding proper tackifier & pour point depressant,antiwear agent,oxidation inhibitor,rust preventer and so on.Results of industrial test show that the formulated oil can meet the requirements of high-horsepower tractors instead of foreign lubricants.
