摘要
运用激光谐振腔的矩阵理论 ,详细分析了内含热透镜的平 -平腔的稳定特性。在理论分析的基础上 ,设计了腔参数进行了实验验证。在实验中还分别测量了谐振腔失调角度及棒相对谐振腔轴线的倾斜角度对激光输出功率的影响。
By using the matrix theory of resonator,the stable characteristic of plane-plane resonator with a thermal lens inside is analyzed.Experiments result shows that the theoretical analysis is correct.The affect of mirror misalignment or tilting the Nd:YAG on the output power is measured respectively.
