摘要
自然环境建模及其数据编码不仅是实现空间信息描述、表示、存储、共享和交换的前提 ,而且也是获得国防领域建模与仿真高度互操作性和可重用性的关键。本文分析了自然环境建模特别是环境数据编码的应用需求、技术方法和现有标准 ,讨论了数据编码的原则、模式、分类、标准、应用和映射 ,最后给出了数据编码标准的软件系统设计和实现。
Natural environment modeling and its data coding are not only the precondition of the spatial information description,representation,storage,sharing and interchange,but also the key of acquiring high interoperability and reuse in defense modeling and simulaion.This paper analyzes the requirements, technical methods and existing standards of natural environment modeling,especially data coding.Also,the principle,scheme,classification,standard,application and mapping of the coding are discussed.Finally,the design and implementation of the corresponding software of the natural environmental data coding standard are presented.
