摘要
依据西欧学者最近完成的“环境行动主义的转变”课题取得的调研数据,本文对西欧环境运动1988-1997年间的发展变化及其特点做了比较分析。作者认为,西欧环境运动在这10年间确实出现了低动员化、制度化、出现新环境团体等新变化,但对这些变化及其趋势的任何简单化概括似乎都难以得到现有经验数据的支持。
Based upon the data included in the project report on 'The Transformation of Environmental Activism' completed by scholars from western Europe,this paper provides a comparative analysis of environmental movements in western Europe between 1988 and 1997. It argues that the demobilization, institutionalization and emergence of new type of environmental groups are the main characteristics of environmental movements in western Europe compared with the previous decade, though the available evidences do not support any kind of simplified generalization to these developing tendencies.
