摘要
腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ＬＣ，ｎ＝３０）及开腹胆囊切除术（ＯＣ，ｎ＝２２）对呼吸功能的影响进行对比研究。结果显示ＯＣ组术后肺功能下降较ＬＣ组明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＯＣ组术后ＰＨ、ＰａＯ２的下降及ＰａＣＯ２上升均较ＬＣ组明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明ＬＣ对患者的呼吸功能及酸碱平衡影响较小，肺功能恢复较快。
? We examined perioperative respiratory function changes in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC, n=30) and open cholecystectomy (LC,n=22). The deterioration of lung function after LC were significantly less than OC (P<0.05) and the decrease of pH, PaO2 and the increase of PaCO2 after OC also significantly less than OC. So we have the conclusion: Patient after LC, its lung function was recovered quickly, in comparison with OC.
