摘要
目的：观察细胞培养中凋亡细胞的形态。方法：取４℃环境下不同时间培养的小鼠胸腺细胞，与台盼蓝混合制成悬液片，用光镜观察。结果：可见凋亡细胞核形态改变及凋亡小体。结论：光镜下依据典型凋亡细胞形态变化可确认凋亡。
Objective:To observe the morphologic change of apoptosis in cell cultivation.Methods:Suspension slides of murine thymocytes cultured at temperature of 4 ℃ and trypan blue and then observed under a light microscope at different time.Results:Morphologic changes of apoptosis nuclei,especially the apoptosis bodies,could be detected under a light microscope.Conclusions:Apoptosis can be indentified depending on the typical changes in nuclear forms with an optical microscope.
