早期老年黄斑变性黄斑区密集点矩阵视野的改变

摘要 用Humphrey-640视野计自行设计的DMMM检测正常对照组16人24眼,AMD干性组51人71眼结果:黄斑区25°范围:平均光敏感度阈值分别为:干性组(3330±249),正常老年人组(3561±137),组间经t检验均有高度显著性差异5°范围:干性组:(3295±182),正常老年人组(3493±146),组间经t检验均有高度显著性差异干性组眼底病灶面积与视野光敏度黄斑区25°DMMM总丢失量:干性组(1603±4495),面积相对数:(1397±1543)%,5°:干性组(10608±17268),(1255±1410)%,显著性检验均有高度显著差异结果表明:干性组早期就有DMMM的平均光敏感度阈值的改变,DMMM点间距离变得更小与计算机图像分析的结合应用。 DMMM designed by Humphrey-640 was used to examine 16 normal controls (24 eyes) and 51 AMD patients (71 eyes). Results: at 2.5 degree of macula, the mean light sensitivity (MLS) is (35.61±1.37) in the normal elderly group, but (32.95±1.82) in the dry type group, with T test between the groups being significantly high; at 5 degree of macula, the mean light sensitivity (MLS) is (32.95±1.82) in the dry type group, but (34.93±1.46) in the normal elderly group, with T test between the groups being significantly high. The results showed that DMMM experienced an early change of MLS value, that the distance among DMMM spots got small enough to combine with cumputer picture analysis, and that the sensitivity was increased when the two kinds of methods were used.
