摘要
采用淀粉凝胶电泳法，对云南玉溪地区的彝族、哈尼族、回族、傣族、满族人群中红细胞的ＳＯＤ同功酶进行调查研究，结果：检出红细胞ＳＯＤ为一条电泳区带，这一结果与瑞典人群调查结果，有其相符合的一面。
Starch gel eletrophosesis was used to investigate the erythrocytic superoxide dismutase among the Yi, Hani, Hui, Dai and Man Nationalities in Yuxi Prefecture. As a result, erythrocytic took on a single eletrophosesis band, which to some extent tallied with the surveyed outcome in Sweden. Effort was made to obtain through the survey some proofs which might be instrumental to individual identification.
