Changing Cu and Ni during Pregnancy and their Effects on Birth Delivery

摘要 测定87名妊娠晚期孕妇及非孕健康妇女30名血清,500名头发中微量元素Cu,Ni的含量,结果表明:妊期血、发中Cu值明显高于非孕妇女(P<005),且与妊晚期胎膜早破有关,早破水孕妇血清及头发内Cu明显低于正常无早破水孕妇(P<005)而Ni值在血清中明显低于健康非孕妇女(P<005)发Ni无明显差异产后出血患者血清及头发中Ni含量均低于无产后出血组(P<005),认为Ni的缺乏可能与产后出血有关提出妊娠妇女检测微量元素,并给予适当补充。 Blood serum was examined in 87 late-pregnancy women and 300 non-pregnant healthy subjects. The trace element contents of Cu and Ni were measured in the hair from 500 females. The results were shown as follows: Cu levels of the blood and hair was obviously higher in the pregnant than in the nonpregnant (P<0.05); the blood was involved with the membrane rupture of late pregnancy; Cu levels in the blood and hair were evidently lower in the early-ruptured than in the non-ruptured (P<0.05); Ni serum level was apparently lower in the pregnant than in the non-pregnant while Ni hair level revealed no difference; Ni levels in the serum and blood was lower in the postpartum hemorrhage group than the non-postpartum hemorrhage group, which implied an involvment Ni deficiency with the postpartum hemorrhage. All this suggested that pregnant women be given trace element test and proper diet, which is favorable to the health of both mothers and children.
