摘要
阐述渐开线螺旋花键的滚压原理、坯料计算、工装设计及材料的选择,并研究滚压加工。实践表明,采用滚压技术 所加工的渐开线螺旋花键,不仅极大提高生产效率,且制件的质量也大为提高。
This article expounds the rolling principle of the involute spiral spline, the calculation of semifinished product, the design of equipment and the selection of material, which conducts the research of the rolling machining. It is proved that the involute which is adopted by rolling technology can not only improve the production,but also improve the quality of the work piece.
