摘要
通过比较分析国际上对信息化水平的不同测度方法,在现有统计指标体系的基础上,初步建立适合中国的地区信息化评价指标体系,并通过主成分分析法综合评价中国各省地区信息化水平。
This paper analyses some measures of the level of the information in the world, and tries to set up a evaluating indicator system of the level of Information fitting to China. Then the paper complexly evaluates the level of Chinese Provinces by the method of principal components. It is not difficult to find out that there are many differences between Provinces in the development of information.
