摘要
首先论述了WTO《农产品协议》的主要内容,包括市场准入、国内支持承诺、出口竞争承诺、卫生与动植物检疫措施等;然后,深入分析了我国在入世谈判中取消农产品出口补贴,开放农产品市场方面的承诺及其对吉林省农产品国际、国内市场的影响;在此基础上,提出了拓展吉林省农产品市场,提升吉林省农产品国际竞争力的三项对策。
This paper discusses the main content of 'WTO agreement on agriculture' at first, which consists of market accession, domestic support commitment, export allowance to agricultural products, sanitary and plants and animals phytosanitary measures, and so on. Then the change trends of international and domestic market about Jilin's agricultural product's, resulted from our commitment of abandoning the agricultural product export subsidies and opening the domestic market of agricultural product's according to our commitments in the negotiation of accessing to WTO, are deeply analyzed. Basing on above analysis the author puts forward three suggestions to extending Jilin's agricultural product market and strengthen its agricultural product's international competitiveness.
