摘要
外商投资零售企业影响了北京市的商业空间结构,并给内资零售企业带来了双重的机遇和挑战。将北京市城区划分为三个基本圈层和两个过渡圈层,外商投资零售企业主要分布在中间圈层。不同业态的零售企业在各圈层有不同的分布特征。新业态和更多门店的进入将使北京市零售市场的竞争趋于复杂化。在此基础上提出几点思考。
There are almost 20 retailing outlets operated by international retailers in Beijing city since 1992. These foreign invested retailing outlets have influenced the business spatial structure of Beijing and have given risen to both challenges and chances to national retailing enterprises. In spatial distribution, the author put forward three basic circles and two transitional circles to describe the location of international retailers. In near future with the new retailing formats and more and more retailing outlets' entry, the competition in retailing market in Beijing will tend to complicated. Also some measures have been suggested to the government and national retailing enterprises.
