摘要
水稻重组自交系 (RIL) Lemont/ Teqing是一套良好的永久性的分子作图群体。采用 QTL复合区间作图法对该群体中 1 60个 RIL抗褐飞虱的抗性表型数据和 1 78个 RFLP分子标记的分子数据进行连锁遗传分析。结果表明 ,在苗期抗性的集团测定中 ,共检测到了 5个主效抗性 QTL和 4对上位性抗性 QTL,前者分别分布在 5、 9、 1 0、 1 1四条染色体上 ,后者分布在 1、 2、 3、 5、 8五条染色体上 ;在苗期抗性的独立测定中 ,则只检测到了 3个主效 QTL和 3对上位性 QTL,其中有一对上位性 QTL在集团测定中并未出现。这些 QTL的贡献率占群体总抗性变异的 60 %以上。
Brown planthopper (BPH) is one of the most important pests in rice.Utilizing resistant rice varieties has proven to be a very effective method in controlling this pest. To breed resistant rice varieties efficiently, one must understand this resistance′s genetic mechanism. In this experiment, the resistance performance of 160 recombined inbred lines (RIL, 11th generation) from the cross of Lemont and Teqing to BPH was tested under the conditions of greenhouse, using the standard method of seedling bulk test. The results together with the molecular data of 178 RFLP markers of the RILs population, were analyzed by a powerful computer software QTL MAPPER V 1.0a to map QTLs (both main-effect and interaction) conferring resistance to BPH. Five main-effect resistance QTLs and four pair of interaction resistance QTLs were identified and mapped, and their effect,accounting for nearly 64% of the total resistance variation, was also determined. It is believed that this research will give a facilitating effect on the marker-assisted breeding for resistance rice cultivars in the near future.
