摘要
目的 调查河南林州市食管癌高发人群的肿瘤防治知识 ,为我国食管癌高发区肿瘤预防和科普宣传提供借鉴。方法 采用单纯随机抽样方法确定调查对象。从林州市北部 5个乡中抽取共 5 82 2人进行有关肿瘤科普宣传的认识、意见等问卷的横段面调查。结果 仅有 2 1 4%人认为肿瘤科普宣传充分 ,3 8 2 %认为一般 ;获得肿瘤防治知识的主要途径是朋友同事、亲属、电视、报纸杂志和医学书刊等 ;人们认为肿瘤科普宣传的最佳途径是 :电视、广播 ,朋友同事、报纸杂志和肿瘤医生。肿瘤防治知识测试发现 90 %以上的多数被调查者肿瘤防治知识贫乏。 40岁以上的人群参加每年一次的定期体检的比例仅为 8 2 %。结论 高发区肿瘤科普宣传力度不够 ,肿瘤防治措施欠缺 ;当地居民对肿瘤相关知识了解较少 ;公众媒体如 :电视。
Objective To investigate the tumor knowledge and needs for scientific popularization on tumor among rural and urban residents in Linzhou City, Henan Province, a severely epidemic area of esophageal cancer. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 5822 rural and urban residents, including 4592 aduit healthy persons and tumor patients in townships selected by pure random sampling and 1260 middle school students in the city proper selected by random cluster sampling. Results More than 90% of the respondents lacked necessary knowledge about the tumorigenic effects of smoking and drinking However, most of them had not much knowledge about the pathogenesis and prevention of tumor 58% of the respondents, especially the elderly,got their knowledge about tumor from friends, colleagues, and relatives, 18%, 10%, and 9% of them got their knowledge from TV, newspaper, and medical journals and books Only 4% of them got their tumor knowledge from doctors engaged in tumor treatment 50% of the respondents set a moderate value on the scientific popularization on tumor in Linzhou More than 94% of them considered scientific popularization on tumor necessary. Conclusion Residents in Linzhou lack necessary knowledge on tumor Scientific popularization on tumor is not well done in Linzhou Shortcoming exists in prevention and control of tumor Mass media are useful means of health education on tumor prevention
