摘要
采用自拟益肾活血方为主辨证分型加味治疗慢性肾炎 12 9例 ,并与用西药治疗的 10 9例作对比观察 ,观察两组总疗效及血脂和肾功能等变化情况 ,结果两组完全缓解率比较 ,P <0 .0 1,两组总有效率比较 ,P <0 .0 5。两组尿红细胞定量比较 ,P <0 .0 1,两组TP、TG比较 ,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ,两组Scr、尿蛋白比较 ,P <0 .0 1。
Modified Yishen Huoxue prescription was used mainly for treating chronic nephritis as controled with 109 cases treated by chemical drugs.The total effects and changes of bolld-lipid and xenal function were observed in two groups.The results chowed the remission and total effective rate were significant ( P<0.01,P<0.05 ).The fixed quantity of blood cells in the treating group compared with that in the control group was significant( P<0.01 ).TP and TG in the treating group compared with that in the control group were significont after treatment ( P<0.01,P<0.05 ).Scr and uninary albumin decreased significantly as compared between two groups( P<0.01 ).
