摘要
目的 :评估养阴清肺方协同化疗治疗中晚期小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法 :39例中晚期SCLC随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,采用NP方案化疗 ,治疗组化疗同时服用养阴清肺方 ,对照组单纯用NP方案化疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 (CR +PR)为 70 % ,对照组总有效率 (CR +PR)为 70 % ,对照组总有效率 (CR +PR)为 4 7.36 % ,两组相比差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组毒副反应比对照组明显减轻 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :养阴清肺方协同NP方案化疗治疗中晚期SCLC近期疗效较为满意 。
Objective:To evalute the near curative effects of Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with chemotherapy on intermediate and late small cell carcimoma of lung.Method:39 cases of intermediate and late SCLC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated by NP plan themo therapy combined with Yangyin Qingfei decoction,the control group was treated simply with NP plan chemotherapy.Results:The total effective rate was 70% in the treatment group and 47.36% in the control group( P<0.05 ),the toxic and side reaction were decresed obviously in the treatment group as compared with the control group( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with Np plan chemotheray has satisfied near therapeatic effect on intermediate and late SCLC with a little toxic and side reaction.
